Virtual classes allow you to join in with our live sessions but also have the ability to add extra workouts in between as and when it suits you.  Just because we’re not there with you, doesn’t mean to say you don’t get an amazing workout. Trust us, it’ll feel like we’re right next to you, motivating, shouting for more and giving you that extra push to keep you going.

Sessions Available

We have a live session every Monday at 6.30pm (GMT) and a huge library of pre-recorded sessions you can do as much or as little as your life allows you to. Fit in a session around work, the kids or just when you can; whether it’s 10 minutes or 60 minutes, 6am or 10pm.The session are perfect for all abilities, ages and fitness levels. We have lower options and harder options throughout each session. If you don’t feel comfortable doing certain moves or if there’s a certain track you don’t enjoy, change it!
