This type of workout have been proven to boost metabolism, build strength and burn calories. You can pack in the exact same benefits to a longer less-intense workout in a much shorter time.


HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training, allowing you to work as hard as you possibly can for a short period of time with a rest in between. So now you can blast a quick workout and get the same, if not more, benefits than you would in a 60 min workout.

Who can take part?

These classes are for absolutely everyone. All abilities, ages and genders are all welcome. In every session there are alternatives available, both easier and harder, so you can change the sessions to suit you. Don’t feel like you have to do everything and if you don’t feel comfortable doing certain things, then change it. 

Remember, this is your workout and we’re just here to be part of your journey with you. 

Sessions Available

We have live sessions every Tuesday at 9.30am and Thursday at 7.15pm (you don’t have to join us for these if it doesn’t suit). Not just this but there is a library of pre-recorded sessions you can do as much or as little as your life allows you to. Fit in a session around work, the kids or just when you can; whether it’s 10 minutes or 60 minutes, 6am or 10pm.

The session are perfect for all abilities, ages and fitness levels. We have lower options and harder options throughout each session. If you don’t feel comfortable doing certain moves or if there’s a certain track you don’t enjoy, change it!

Every rep makes a difference, burns calories and helps you get closer to your goal. We’re here to help and support you throughout your journey, so if you have any questions, queries or even if there’s a certain area you’d like to focus on more, just get in touch.

All you need to do is subscribe to HIIT and you’ll then receive an email from us with all of the links you need to get started. All of our classes are available on our app.
