It’s time to feel amazing and strong both physically and mentally.
Think it’s safe to say we’d all love to forget about 2020 and get our teeth in to the new year. We hope you had a great Christmas considering the circumstances. But now it’s time to burn off those extra calories and start 2021 off feeling amazing in yourself, both physically and mentally.
This January Challenge is perfect for ALL abilities and ages. There are lots of different options and variations; but we’d always recommend to give those harder ones a go, you might even surprise yourself.
The Challenge is to complete the weekly target of:
- 2 x 30 min HIIT workouts – Live sessions on Tuesdays at 7.15am and Thursday at 7.15pm
- 2 x 10 min HIIT workouts
- 3 x fun challenges
Your weeks plan will be available in the app (if you’ve not got the app yet, you’ll receive an email with an activation link shortly).
If you have small hand weights, then great but don’t worry if you don’t. Fill two drinks bottles up with water, grab yourself some bottles of fairy or even some tins of beans – they all work just as well. Other equipment you might need, you’ll find in your home so there’s no excuses…
Don’t forget, we’re super flexible so if you happen to miss a day, you can still catch up. All workouts will be available on the app all month. If you need any help to stay motivated, let us know.
