Rebound Fit at Home Set Up

Huge congratulations on being part of the JDK Fitness family.

We hope you’re ready for a whole month of Rebound Fit at Home with us!

We do a few live sessions each week:
Monday @ 6.30pm (60 mins)
Thursday @ 7.00pm (30 mins_
Thursday @ 7.35pm (20 min Bounce HIIT)

We stream the live session via Zoom (the password for Zoom is 203740).

You’ll also find a lots of pre-recorded sessions in our app, which you can do as much or as little as you want to. You’ll receive a separate email in the next little while to get you set up in the app. 

The JDK bouncers are a huge family and we’re here to help and support one another throughout our journey. Join our facebook group to join the rest of the community, as well as keep up to date with news and announcements.

Don’t forget, whatever happens I’m here to help and support you. You can send us a private message in the app, or send us a message in the group chat too – don’t hesitate to get in touch whenever you want to. If there’s a certain area you want to work on, just tell me and we can soon incorporate it in to our workouts.

GET THE JDK APP

We’ve got our very own app where you can find the Rebound Fit at Home workouts, as well as track your fitness and nutrition. Not only this but its time to watch you reach your goals with the progress pics and measurements.

You’ll receive another email in the next little while where you’ll find an activation link (if it doesn’t come through it may be worth checking your Junk foler too). Set your profile up and then you’ll be able to download the app. You can add in your workouts, check out the nutrition plans and ideas, plan using the calender and even link your watch and phone to sync with the JDK app.

Not only can you download the app but you can also access your profile online too – just use the link http://www.fitnessjdk.mypthub.net.

If you have any questions, queries or even suggestions, you can do all of this through the app too with the Chat icon.
