Rebounders and Equipment

We make every effort to deliver Goods that are in stock on a Next Working Day delivery service for orders placed before 11am, but it can take 5 – 10 working days of the order being placed.

We will notify you by way of email when your goods are to be dispatched to you. The message will contain details of estimated delivery times in addition to any reasons for a delay in the delivery of the Goods purchased by you. If you cancel your order and the goods have already been dispatched then you will be liable to pay the shipping charges.

Goods are delivered using a third-party courier. They will be delivered between the hours of 9am and 6pm. If you are not going to be at home, you can leave a note giving instructions on where to leave the Goods. Alternatively, the courier will leave a card with a number you can call to arrange re-delivery on a date that is convenient to you. You can also put special instructions when you place the order which we will pass onto the third-party courier.

If the courier leaves a card and you do not contact them within 48-hours then we get notified and the Goods are returned to us. You are then liable for any re-delivery costs and if you request a refund then the delivery costs and return costs will be deducted from any refund.

If we receive no communication from you, within 10 days of delivery, regarding any problems with the Goods, you are deemed to have received the Goods in full working order and with no problems.

Workout Wear

Due to our Workout Wear being custom made, all orders have a turnaround time of approximately 2 weeks. Following the products being made, all orders are delivered on a 1st Class service with Royal Mail. 

f we receive no communication from you, within 10 days of delivery, regarding any problems with the Goods, you are deemed to have received the Goods in full working order and with no problems.

How long will my order take to arrive?
The average arrival time in the UK is 10-15 working days. Please note this can take up to 4 weeks depending on your local sorting office which JDK Fitness has no control over once shipped from our manufacturers. Please allow up to 2 weeks from shipment date before contacting us.

What if my order takes longer than 30 working days?
If your order takes longer than 30 days to arrive please contact us and we will resolve the issue for you.

I have made a mistake on my order can I cancel it?

Please take care when ordering as we cannot make amendments or cancel orders. If you have received a shipping confirmation then we are unable to intercept the parcel and it will need to go through the standard channels for returns. 

Customers that make mistakes on their orders with address details and the parcels are undeliverable, JDK Fitness reserve the right to charge another delivery charge to resend.

Please note that any orders that are customised are non-returnable. 

Returns

JDK Fitness works with external partners to provide goods. We aim to always provide high quality Goods that are fault free and undamaged. On occasion however, goods may need to be returned. Returns are governed by the Terms and Conditions and are summarised below for your convenience:

If you receive Goods which do not match those that you ordered, unless accompanied by an explanatory note detailing the changes, stating reasons for the changes and setting out your options, you should contact us within 10 days to arrange collection and return. JDK Fitness is not responsible for paying shipment costs. You will be given the option to have the Goods replaced with those ordered (if available) or to be refunded through the payment method used by you when purchasing the Goods. Refunds and replacements will be issued upon our receipt of the returned Goods.

Please note that any products that are customised or personalised are non-refundable or returnable.

If any Goods you have purchased have faults when they are delivered to you, you should notify us within 10 days and should contact us within 28 days to arrange collection and return. We are not responsible for paying shipment costs. Goods must be returned in their original condition with all packaging and documentation. Upon receipt of the returned Goods, the price of the Goods, as paid by you, will be refunded to you through the payment method used by you when purchasing the Goods.

If any Goods develop faults within their warranty period, we will send a replacement component part under the terms of the warranty.

If Goods are damaged in transit and the damage is apparent on delivery, you should sign the delivery note to the effect that the goods have been damaged. In any event, you should report such damage to JDK Fitness within 10 days and arrange collection and return. We are not responsible for paying shipment costs. Upon receipt of the returned Goods, the price of the Goods, as paid by you, will be refunded to you through the payment method used by you when purchasing the Goods.

You have a statutory right to a “cooling off” period (excluding customised or personalised products). This period begins once your order is complete and ends 7 days after the Goods have been delivered. If you change your mind about the goods within this period, please contact JDK Fitness to arrange to return the goods within 7 days of receipt. Goods can only be returned for this reason if their packaging remains unopened and the Goods can be re-sold, as new, without any additional work on the part of JDK Fitness. You are responsible for paying shipment costs if Goods are returned for this reason.

JDK Fitness reserves the right to exercise discretion with respect to any returns under these Terms and Conditions. Factors which may be taken into account in the exercise of this discretion include, but are not limited to:

  • Any use, wear or enjoyment that you may have already had out of the Goods;

  • Any characteristics of the Goods which may cause them to deteriorate or expire rapidly;

  • The fact that the Goods consist of audio or video recordings or computer software and that the packaging has been opened;

  • Any discounts that may have formed part of the purchase price of the Goods to reflect any lack of quality made known to the Customer at the time of purchase.

Such discretion to be exercised only within the confines of the law.
