We do not collect or store financial data through our website. At the point of payment you are transferred to a secure page on the website (currently Paypal or Stripe).

We use your information collected from the website to process your query/order and to personalise your repeat visits to our website. See the section on Cookies below.

JDK Fitness will not share your information for marketing purposes with Third Parties unless you specifically give us permission to do so.

3. Third Parties

We use third-party companies to carry out some tasks in accordance with our instructions. For example, we use a manufacturing contractor to produce all clothing and a wholesaler for certain accessories and equipment, an email software provider, delivery company for delivery of purchased items, digital marketing and SEO, third-party accounting firm and third-party payment gateway to take secure payments for orders and subscriptions.

This information provided by JDK Fitness to these third-party companies is adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are processed. Any data used by such parties is used only to the extent required by them to perform the services that JDK Fitness requests. We regularly review these third-party companies to check they comply/conform with the latest data privacy regulations.

We would like to send you information about JDK Fitness products and services which may be of interest to you. We will keep information about you gathered through marketing contact so that we can process your enquiry, or your order, manage your account, deliver any services to you, and contact you in future about JDK Fitness products and services we think may be of interest to you.

5. Data Retention

We have an appropriate retention policy. We will archive supplier and customer records held in our system after 6 years. These records are not deleted but kept in a secure server storage where we will be able to retrieve them, if required.

In addition to our regular archiving process, you can have your record archived earlier, if you wish. To do this, email us at jesslockhart89@outlook.com.

JDK Fitness will continue to review the effectiveness of this policy annually, and more frequently if required, taking into account changes in the law and organisational or security changes.

6.  Access to & updating your information

JDK Fitness may, from time to time, expand or reduce its businesses and this may involve the sale of certain divisions or the transfer of control of certain divisions to other parties. Data provided to us will, where it is relevant to any division so transferred, be transferred along with that division and the new owner or newly controlling party will, under the terms of this Policy, be permitted to use the data for the purpose for which it was supplied by you.
