The statistics say it all…
It’s safe to say that these statistics are overwhelming and we want to help make not only this change, but for children to benefit in more ways than they would ever know.

What is Rebound Fit and how do children benefit from bouncing?
Rebound Fit is a workout on mini trampolines. Add in some music, low impact moves and heaps of fun, which makes it the most effective workout on the planet. It’s something that everyone can take part in too, including those who have learning difficulties or a disability. It’s fun for everyone.
Health and fitness benefits in children taking part in a regular Bounce™️ session include:
– Motor skills development
– Coordination & Balance
– Cardiovascular health
– Spatial awareness
– Strengthens immune system
– Variation for sporting abilities
– Reduces risk of obesity by burning more calories than any other workout
– Increases bone density
– Drains the lymphatic system of toxic waste
– Really low impact
– GOOD FUN!!
How we meet the National Curriculum
We know how important it is for schools to meet the National Curriculum and evidencing this too. We meet more of the set targets than any other form of exercise, which then in turn helps pupils to succeed and excel in competitive sport and other physically-demanding activities.
What we teach:
– Basic movements including running, jumping, throwing and catching using various games and activities
– Develop flexibility, agility, strength, technique, co-ordination control and balance
– Perform dances using a range of movement patterns
compare their performances with previous ones and demonstrate improvement to achieve their personal best.

Equipment & Training
To benefit most out of the Rebound Fit at School programme, investing in the equipment and the training is the best way to go. We’re partnered with Rebound Fitness, who are the experts when it comes to manufacturing great quality equipment that is long lasting so you’ll get your Return on Investment very quickly. The training course can be completed online or in-person and gives you all the tools you need to put together amazing classes for your pupils. You can offer not just Bounce™️ sessions as part of PE lessons but include it in Breakfast Clubs, afterschool clubs or even staff welfare sessions.ENQUIRE HERE
Making an investment in equipment and training might not be within the budget or just unsure whether the kids with enjoy it. We’d love to come and get all of your pupils (and teachers) bouncing with our day Workshops. We’ll come to you with all of the rebounders and teach as many classes as you want us to. Each class is tailored to the age group we teach, from pre-school right the way through to Year 13.ENQUIRE HERE
Rebound Therapy is exercise therapy which uses a full-sized trampoline to provide opportunities for movement, therapeutic exercise and recreation for people across virtually the whole spectrum of special needs.
We have worked with ReboundTherapy.Org to make this therapy available on our Fit Bounce Pro range of rebounders and have two variations of the training:
Flexi-Bounce for Confidence
Aimed at all pupils, including children and young people with SEND needs who are more independent.
Aimed at children and young people with SEND needs who require more physical support to participate.
Don’t take our word for it – here’s what other schools say:
I can unreservedly recommend Jess and Rebound Fit classes for your school. Our children can’t wait for her to return this autumn to start Rebounding again. It is appropriate for all year groups and fitness levels. The children get really excited when they see the hall laid out ready and are super motivated to participate. Jess is the consummate professional and has a wonderful manner with the children too. Rebound Fit ticks all of our PE/Sport Premium boxes: not only does it improve fitness and encourage participation, the smiles and laughter tell me it’s good for mental health as well. Thanks Jess!

A massive thankyou Jess.
You were a massive part of our project. On the Monday I heard so many amazing things about your sessions. Yesterday a lot of the Year 10s were buzzing about the sessions. I will be in touch again soon about what we might be able to do next.
Mr P Fowler
The children at Coates Primary School love to bounce, including those who don’t normally like to take part in PE or physical activities. Everyone enjoys it so much that we’ve got waiting lists for our after school clubs and we’ve ordered even more rebounders!
